SAMBAZON Bowl Shop in Cardiff by the Sea has immediate openings for FULL-TIME Assistant Managers and PICs (30-40 hours per week). Full employee benefits package including health, vision and dental. Socially responsible company looking for reliable, good employees to join our growing team! The shop is beautiful, clean, newly remodeled; good tips and most orders are online so very little cashiering.

Depending on experience and schedule, you may earn up to $30 per hour ($16-$18 per hour depending on experience to start PLUS average $8-$12 per hour in tips).

Responsibilities (examples of primary duties):
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
  • Helping with a full range of food and beverage preparation.
  • Ensuring that all expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.
  • Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Supervisory or lead worker experience in food service (food cost & inventory management). 
  • Reliable, organized, able to delegate tasks while also willing to help your team when needed.
  • Know how to hire, develop, schedule, train, and manage a good group of co-workers - COME GROW WITH US!
